D4.1 HYPERGRYD Use Case definition including stakeholders and Roles for DT PaaS

Deliverable corresponds to T4.1: Live-in Labs auditing and definition of Use cases, Stakeholders & Roles. The objective of this task is to analyse and assess holistically the current situation of the demonstration in Live-in Labs in order the define HYPERGRYD implementation strategy for each case. Information will be collected from each site to understand, not only the energy performance characteristics (including electricity generation and consumption data at the energy asset level), but also the available digital and physical infrastructures (BIM-GIS existing information, IoT hardware/data) and relevant stakeholders to be considered (tenants, construction managers, owners, neighbours, etc.) in the entire districts’ lifecycle value chain. Thus, HYPERGRYD Demonstration Use Cases proposed (related to each LiL objectives as mentioned in section 1.3.6) will be updated and defined for the implementation of HYPERGRYD DT PaaS in each Live-in Lab, including the definition of stakeholders for each one as well as respective User Roles, including Digital Twin PaaS roles defined in previous H2020 projects such as SPHERE (https://sphere-project.eu/). ). These are the DT Manager, DT Simulation Manager and DT Configuration Manager who aim respectively at ensuring the data/information within the platform is always reliable and up to date, usable for all Energy Simulation purposes, and interoperable with all tools integrated within the PaaS. Finally, these roles and other defined “standard” roles that will be granted (e.g.: demo owner, tenants, construction manager, Facility Manager, etc.) will be provided specific user access rights regarding their capabilities to visualise, query, manage and/or update data within the platform, ensuring the modification of data is done always by people with the proper rights and based on standard cyber-security/data privacy protocols. Within T4.1, IDP will coordinate HYPERGRYD Live-in Labs auditing in terms of available data, models, and any regulations that may affect HYPERGRYD implementation. Other partners will provide data either regarding their respective Live-in Labs and/or their respective software tools/services, stakeholders/roles involved, data access permits, etc.
